1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Items must include all tags, labels, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

Important: Items marked as final sale, clearance, or personalized/customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital Products: Downloadable software, e-books, or digital content
  • Personalized Items: Custom-made or engraved products
  • Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, or other perishable items
  • Health & Personal Care: Cosmetics, intimate items, or hygiene products
  • Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as clearance or final sale

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Authorization: Wait for our return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in our authorization email
  5. Track Your Return: Keep your tracking number for reference

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refund Processing

Inspection Period

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after approval
  • Credit Card Refunds: May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item:

  3. We will ship a replacement once we receive and inspect the returned item

Size or Color Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address and date of delivery.

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • File a claim with the carrier if insured
  • Contact your credit card company for potential purchase protection

9. Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately at support@igniteadmedia.com to request cancellation.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait to receive the item and follow our standard return process.

10. International Returns

International customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Any customs fees or import duties incurred
  • Ensuring items are properly declared for customs

We recommend using a trackable international shipping service. Returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance.

11. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to:

  • Large or bulky items requiring special handling
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items returned without original packaging
